I'm sorry, but this build sucks.
Virulence on a warrior?
Fevered Dreams?
These skills may look good at first glance, but in real life they suck.
A few things that might rescue it:
Exchange dismember, axe rake and virulence on the warrior for Frenzy, Sprint and Eviscerate.
If you put condition removal on your monks, and draw on a midliner you don't need to put Signet of Malice on every character. This allows you to use second professions (=huge advantage)
You haven't got a lot of defense. Change your mes to Me/E with Blinding Surge. Matter of fact, change your entire mes to a domination one.
Ele: you can once again change his second profession if you give your monks condition removal. Make him E/Mo with (instead of GoEP, res sig, GoR and SoM) Draw Conditions, Glyph of lesser energy, Glyph of Sacrifice and Res Chant.
Poison Arrow isn't that great. You're running Condition Pressure, so I'd take Broad Head Arrow or Crippling Shot. And spec some points into Marksmanship. Take out Storm Chaser and Dryder's Defenses for Natural Stride. Leave out the traps for Savage Shot and Distracting Shot.
Monks: ZB isn't that great in GvG. A Divert/LoD backline works reasonably well.
If you run Divert, you don't need Ihex, Rhex and Veil, freeing up skill slots. I'd also make them /A for Dark Escape (owns spikes) and Return. (AND GIVE THEM CONDITION REMOVAL)
Also, you've got no runner. You could let your ranger do that though
Sorry if you feel like I'm bashing your build, but to be honest it wasn't that much.
And please, please, please get rid of all those superior runes. They hurt my eyes.
